mixed feelings about my stay
limited optionsfew treadmills
I was expecting more from this place, and ultimately felt a little let down. my biggest issue was the breakfast. The options seemed limited. the gym, while functional, only had a couple of treadmills. i think the space could use more equiptment. it didnt really meet my fitness needs .

The room offered generous space. The bathroom featured a smart design, increasing the room's area! the staff were very kind and accommodated an early check-in. This was appreciated because my flight arrived early. the location proved very central. All nice areas were close, it was great all in all.

The breakfast had fresh selections. It needs to be highlighted for this reason! the team at reception was always very polite. They offered assistance . they were very attentive to all needs, this was greatly appreciated.

The hotel has a rooftop area, this provides a space for relaxation. the location is excellent. Main attractions and the tube station are within walking distance! the staff are friendly and helpful, always trying to provide considerate service.

mixed experience with some disappointments

the breakfast was not up to par i found the pastries to be stale and the coffee was weak the selection was limited for a hotel of this supposed caliber i also had issues with the room service the menu was not available in english and the staff seemed unable to assist me in ordering it was annoying to deal with

The staff were helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and were ready to assist with directions or recommendations. my room had a well-stocked minibar with complimentary water and snacks. the rooftop pool offered a tranquil escape from the city bustle (a true oasis!). i particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It included fresh pastries and a variety of hot dishes.
the elevator could be a bit slow during peak hours, but it never caused significant delays.

My premium double room included a king-size bed with premium bedding and a selection of pillow options. This ensured great sleep. the room included a seating area and a large work desk and a modern bathroom with rainfall shower. i felt at home.

the breakfast area felt a bit cramped it was hard to move around freely there the variety of food was somewhat limited i wished there were more options the noise level in my room was noticeable i could hear street sounds quite easily
